Occupational Health Advisor (OHA)
We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team.
Global OHS is a clinician-led and pragmatic provider. Therefore, we focus on good clinical judgement rather than box-ticking or high-volume case handling. We are looking for someone who writes clear, proportionate reports and enjoys practising occupational health properly.
Key Responsibilities
The role will typically include:
• Management referrals and case management
• Fitness for work and return to work advice
• Pre-employment assessments
• Advice on reasonable adjustments
• Health surveillance, depending on experience and interests
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a registered OHA (NMC or equivalent)
• Produces clear reports in plain English
• Understands that occupational health should be helpful, not defensive
• Is confident working with both employees and managers
• Enjoys being part of a small, supportive and non-corporate team
What We Offer
In return, we offer:
• Sensible and manageable workloads
• Flexible working, including remote or hybrid options where appropriate
• Supportive and experienced clinical leadership
• A professional, no-nonsense working culture
• A strong focus on quality rather than volume
If this role sounds like your kind of occupational health, and you are local to us, please send your CV and a short note via email or our contact form.
